Buerhle wins 150th game of his career

White Sox fans finally had something to cheer about at the Cell last night, as Mark Buerhle notched career win 150. They avoided being swept by the Baltimore Orioles in the process.
Its a nice accomplishment for Buerhle, but I'd be surprised if he gets to 200. He can't have more than 2 or 3 years left in him, and he averages about 13 a year. But crafty lefty's do seem to last longer in the league, so maybe he has an outside chance. His 150-113 career record is nothing to sneeze at. From 2001-2005 he averaged over 16 wins a season and his 19 win 2002 campaign was one of the best seasons for a Sox pitcher in the last 40 years.
He needs to have more outings like last night, if the Sox are gonna get back in this thing. And it was nice to see Alex Rios steal a base and hit a home run in the same game. As a Cub fan though, its also nice to see the Sox struggling after hearing their fans talk all winter about how good they were going to be. Now its 'Ozzie needs to go' , 'the players aren't listening to Ozzie anymore' or 'Kenny didn't give Ozzie a chance with this roster'. It can't possible just be that they aren't getting enough clutch hits or that the bullpen can't get anyone out.
I personally think they are gonna be fine and will end up being in the race for the Central by July. I mean it's Cleveland for christ's sake.
