Don't do it in the park

Maybe some of you have seen this already, but it is pretty funny.  It is some city worker giving it to snowboarders for building ramps and shit in city parks.  It is long (5 minutes) and this guy is trying to be funny, but you can hear the disdain for his life in his voice.  But some of his lines are great.  If this video came out in a few years, when Charlie Sheen eventually loses all his money, I would think it was actually Sheen.
