This story is not going where you think it is
An Indiana woman in the middle of a messy divorce decided to resort to social media subterfuge to gather evidence against her soon-to-be ex-husband, reports the Smoking Gun. Angela Voelkert, 29, created a fake Facebook profile, adopting the persona of Jessica Studebaker, a 17-year-old girl who likes Elvis and lots of dark eye make-up. She then had the StudeFaker account friend her husband, David Voelkert, 38, who has just 152 friends himself.
StudeFaker struck up a rapport with him via private Facebook message. Angela Voelkert wisely recruited a friend to compose the Facebook messages for fear that her hubby would recognize her writing style
Total dick move by the way, 17 could be legal in a lot of places and if she is super hot it may not matter. (remember kate upton is 18, and was 17 mere months ago)
And now here comes the problem
In a May 31 Facebook message, Voelkert told “Studebaker” that he had secretly installed a GPS tracker in his wife’s van and was using the device to monitor her movements. He “went on to discuss what kind of trouble that they could get in for doing this,” and asked the teenager to “delete the message so there is no trace of talking about it,” [FBI agent] Dane reported.Along with disclosing that he planned to flee with his children in early-June, Voelkert wrote that he was “going to find someone to take care of her and now it will be easier because I know where she is at all times.” He then added, “you should find someone at your school, there should be some gang bangers there that would put a cap in her ass for $10,000. I am just done with her crap!”
In a subsequent message, Voelkert stated, “With me gone with my kids, the police can’t pin anything on me as I will be in another state, so I will be fine.
Some thoughts:
So a wife wanted to catch her husband cheating and found he wanted to kill her. - Tough break
Also when you only have 152 friends how are you not suspicious of a new friend request from a 17 year old girl.
But the real question why the fuck did he accept the Friend Request if he wasn't going to try to fuck her? And if he wasn't trying to do her why is still he talking to her, I mean, he does not know her and she is 17!
The best person you could talk to about a murder for hire plot is a 17 year old that just friend requested you, that may or may not be a real person.
All this makes me wonder with people out there this crazy stupid, I should be getting laid way easier. Yes, that is where my head went after I read this story.
