Somebody likes Crispy Kremes

Former 'Hills' actress, Stephanie Pratt has been out of the spotlight for a couple years, and now I see why. She went from being the ugliest girl on the show, to less ugly but still the ugliest and now it seems she has just given up trying. Here's Stephanie at her best....which to clarify is still below average for Hollywood.
