Is Buddy Ryan a racist?

   Rex Ryan defended his dad, Buddy Ryan, who supposedly called Dave Duerson the n- word.  After Duerson's death an interview surfaced where Duerson claims Buddy Ryan told him, he didn't like "smart
niggers" ( a reference to Duerson going to Notre dame).  It is all very he said, she said.  Duerson's story was pretty specific, but Buddy Ryan was beloved by his many black Bears defensive players, coached at
a historical black college, and started Randall Cunningham at QB when black qbs didn't always get starting jobs.  Then again it doesn't have to be mutually exclusive cause that Eazy E guy dropped the n-bomb all
the time and he was around black guys constantly too.
