The University of Notre Dame has released its in-house investigation of the death of Declan Sullivan, the Irish student who was taping football practice in a lift that toppled over in high winds.
The university said that "no one acted in disregard for safety" last year when the videographer fell to his death when the hydraulic lift collapsed.Notre Dame noted a confluence of circumstances and factors, including:
- A "sudden and extraordinary" 53 mph burst of wind;
- Staff members' lack of knowledge regarding on-the-field wind speeds;
- Sullivan's lift was more susceptible to tipping than the two other lifts used that day;
- The lift's height at the time of the accident

Ummm? All those reasons seem like evidence as to why Notre dame should be responsible for his death.
1. Everyone knew crazy winds were coming. NFL teams were taking their practices indoors
2. Staff members lack of knowledge, seems a lot like the universities fault. That would be like a hospital hiring a candy striper to perform surgery and when it goes wrong the hospital says, "To be fair the girl is only high school, no way she could have come out of that surgery successful"
3. So he was on a shitty lift? that the university bought? and it sent kids up on? Why would that be their fault
4. And when he got on said shitty lift you guys sent him way too high? During a wind storm? Now I see why it isnt their fault, it just took me second
Nothing like conducting your own investigation on yourself.
"Well in conclusion I find myself not guilty of the rape and murder of these 9 woman for the following confluence of circumstances and factors, I was way too drunk and horny when I raped them, I wasnt a 100% sure that I couldn't do that, some of the girls were pretty loose to begin with, and to be quite honest they all dressed like sluts. So Im going to go now, I have a Forever21 I need case."
At least now that the investigation is over they can get back to business, talking about the good old days and anti-semitism
