What were they thinking: Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes wore terrible choices of outfits as they celebrated Father's Day in Miami, Florida with daughter Suri today


Most dads will be opening up gifts this Father's Day filled with unflattering
shirts, socks and and odd smelling after shave.

And it seems like Tom Cruise has already opened up bundle of terrible presents this year and decided to put them all on at once.

The 48-year-old actor and his wife Katie Holmes both looked like they pulled on the nearest thing to them without considering how they looked.

Tom looked like the father who tries way too hard to be cool and fails miserably.

The family celebrated Father's Day in Miami, Florida where Tom is filming the Eighties theme musical Rock of Ages.

He paired a white shirt with a red and blue trim with khaki shorts. The Top Gun star then put on bright white sneakers with white socks and paired the whole ensemble with a fedora hat.

Katie did not fair much better and despite the scorching Florida heat decided to wear a long sleeved striped sweater dress and sandals - obviously getting her seasons mixed up.

She carried Suri in her arms, as always, to the luxury yacht which they hopped on for their afternoon cruise.

After they boarded the yacht named Marquis, Katie and Suri sat on the deck while Tom kept cool inside as they sailed out to sea.

The couple have been the butt of break-up rumours pretty much from as soon as they got together six years ago.

But the loved up twosome showed that their relationship is stronger than ever and were very touchy feely at an event in Miami Beach last night.

Katie, 32, lovingly grabbed on to her husband of nearly five years from behind and Tom reciprocated and rested his hand over hers in a sweet gesture.

The couple turned up the Miami heat during a night out with the cast members from Rock of Ages including Julianne Hough and Malin Akerman.

They cosied up at Larios Cuban style bongo club and seemed to enjoy their date night in the Sunshine State.

She wore a black floral print halter dress which was cinched at the waist with a brown belt.

Tom looked like a cool dude in a black and white striped shirt and a white fedora hat with a black trim.

He had a big smile on his face with his lady love cuddled up near to him.

Obviously not fairing too badly from the night out, Katie was up bright and early this morning to see in Father's Day with Tom and their five-year-old daughter Suri.

She then ventured out for her usual ritual of getting her caffeine fix and did
not let the humid weather get in the way of her coffee run.

Having seemingly come from working out, Katie was dressed in blue leggings, a white top and had a large multi-coloured scarf thrown around her neck.

Yesterday Katie had a fun-filled day with Katie as they frolicked like any other mother and daughter at the beach.

Suri was fully clothed in a multi-coloured dress while donned a red bikini and pink denim shorts.

Cruise is undergoing an amazing transformation to play long-haired, tattooed rocker Stacee Jaxx in the film, which is due for release next year.

It tells the story of a girl who arrives in Hollywood at the height of the 1980s
rock scene and also stars Russell Brand.

It's a very different role for Tom, and Katie has given her backing to the career departure for her husband by revealing that he likes to perform at their home.

'Tom is such an amazing performer. Yes, we have music in our house and it’s amazing,' she told Access Hollywood.

Me parece el remake perfecto para Justin Bieber, hasta tiene la edad del protagonista.
Y el baile que se marcó Tom Cruise, Justin lo puede superar sin problemas.

Pues "Tron Legacy" no ha sido un éxito apabullante, mal asunto, que a Tom Cruise ya le hace falta un buen taquillazo , que sus últimas pelis han sido mejor olvidar.
No veo yo a Tom Cruise en "Rock of Ages" , el musical que está filmando.
Nunca le he visto cantar, igual lo hace bien, es una adaptación de una obra de Broadway, tiene de compañeros de reparto a Russell Brand, Anne Hathaway, y no se cuantos más, me suena al "éxito" de "Nine" la de Pe y Nicole Kidman.
Ojalá me equivoque.
Antes supongo que estrenará una nueva "Misión Imposible", esta saga sí es rentable y entretenida.

When photos emerged of Katie Holmes sporting a noticeably rounder stomach during a shopping trip last week, many publication rushed to report that she was pregnant.

One US magazine even printed a front-page story claiming the actress had confirmed: 'Yes, I'm pregnant!'

But her spokesperson has denied the claims, and rather than simply putting Katie's appearance down to a big lunch, she says she thinks these pictures have been photoshopped.

'She's not pregnant and this photo looks doctored,' Ina Treciokas told E! News on Monday.

The 32-year-old's slightly protruding belly was obvious beneath her tight-fitting top and jeans as she browsed the shoe department of Barney's New York in Beverly Hills.

Mail Online has spoken to the picture agency Xposure who confirm that the pictures were not altered in any way.

'We never doctor pictures to make anyone look fat, thin, pregnant, and so on. We have not doctored these pictures,' Xposure's David Taylor says.

Casual Katie: Mrs Tom Cruise enjoyed a dressed down day yesterday as she hit the shops in LA yesterday


On Thursday evening she had looked every inch the Hollywood starlet as she graced the red carpet at an awards ceremony – but yesterday was clearly a dress down day for Katie Holmes.

The actress took in a spot of shopping at Barney’s in Beverly Hills wearing a pair of skinny jeans a pink vest top and flat pumps, a much more casual look compared to her polished appearance the night before.

Katie appeared to have forgone any makeup and had her hair scraped up into a messy top bun.

The mother–of-one perused the show section of the store enjoying a some alone time retail therapy.

Katie had taken centre stage the night before as her husband Tom Cruise was honoured by the Simon Wiesenthal Centre.

Recuerdo que la cadena de televisión que la produjo no quería emitirla, luego otra cadena, leeré cual, dijo que si.

Katie Holmes, la mujer actual de Tom Cruise, ha puesto una demanda o denunciado a la revista "Star".
Los motivos son que la citada revista dijo más o menos y presuntamente que era adicta a la Cienciología con "e-meeter".
Katie se ha puesto furiosa, con razón, si se es adicta a e-meeter, se debe también e-saacar...no te digo.
Además ha dicho que todo lo que dice la revista es mentira.
Pues la buena de Katie pide un pastón, cuarenta o cincuenta millones de dólares, uno más uno menos que mas da.
Veremos como acaba....continuará....

Director y productor de la película "En las montañas de la locura", desean que el protagonista sea Tom Cruise.
El productor es James Cameron, y el director Guillermo del Toro.
Guillermo del Toro desde el primer día ha estado diciendo que es un papel a la medida de Tom Cruise.
Igual es cierto.
"En las montañas de la locura" es una novela de H.P. Lovecraft.
Supongo que Tom Cruise será el protagonista, principalmente porque a Cruise le conviene cambiar de registro de cara a los 50 años que se le acercan.
Aparte de que con una obra de envergadura, y siendo bien dirigido hasta podría optar al Oscar.
Cosa que hasta ahora muy pocas veces ha logrado.
Y ultimamente sus películas ya no son éxito de taquilla, y puede que ni rentables.
