Bonnes vacances! Lily Allen and husband Sam Cooper are celebrating their marriage with a honeymoon in Paris

Lily Allen and Sam Cooper are celebrating their new life together as husband and wife with a honeymoon in Paris.

The couple, who married earlier this month, have decided to enjoy a romantic break in the French capital ahead of their planned visit to the Glastonbury music festival next week.

Lily, who is three months pregnant, and Sam grabbed some food at the world-famous Brasserie Lipp before taking in some culture at the Musée d'Orsay.

The 26-year-old singer dressed casually in a beige cardigan, jeans and black pumps, accessorised with her favourite black Chanel handbag for the day out with her new husband.

As well as working as a chic addition to her outfit, Lily's handbag also hid her burgeoning baby bump.

Lily and Sam tied the knot at St James the Great Church in Cranham, near Stroud, in Gloucestershire on 11th June.

Following the service, Lily tweeted: 'I had the most amazing wedding, thank you to everyone who went to such extraordinary efforts to make it that way.'

And their wedding day was made even more special by the fact that Lily's groom Sam announced that the singer is pregnant.

A friend told the Mail on the day: 'There were tears all around.

'This is the happiest day of Lily and Sam's lives and they are so in love. This is the icing on the wedding cake!'

The news marks the end of a heartbreaking few months for Lily after she lost the much-longed for baby boy at six months pregnant in November.

Her appearance in her lace custom-made vintage-style dress sparked a rush of rumours that she was expecting.

And now designer Delphine Manivet has revealed Lily had planned to be pregnant for her big day, and knew she would be having a baby when she chose the dress back in January.

She told Grazia magazine: 'We knew from the beginning - way back in January - that Lily wanted to get pregnant, so I designed the dress she wore underneath in silk tulle to be comfortable over a little bump.

'We were very excited when she told us the news. It was beautiful.'
