Judge refuses to dismiss a lawsuit claiming bi-sexuals are gay enough to play in the Gay World Series

SeattleA federal judge has refused to dismiss a lawsuit filed by three men who claim they were disqualified from the 2008 Gay Softball World Series near Seattle for not being gay enough.  The men, members of a San Francisco softball team, say they were questioned in front of a room full of strangers about their sexual preferences after a protest was lodged alleging their team had violated a rule that limited to two the number of heterosexuals on any team.

Only two heteros can play at one time. Is this what the Cubs are doing this year too? Cause Carlos Pena looks a little limp-wristed, same with our entire outfield. Even Soto's highlights looks gayer this year. Must be one hell of shower scene after games, though.
But seriously, why can't bi sexuals play in the Gay Softball World Series.  They suck dick, they gargle ball sacks, they get AIDS... I say let em play.
Wait did this say, the 2008 Gay Softball World Series? 2008? Really, bi-fags? Give it up already. You bums lost.
